Thank you for your continued support of ALC Online Japanese School.
We are pleased to inform you that, effective February 1, 2026, ALC, Inc. has absorbed ALC Education, Inc., with ALC, Inc. as the surviving company and ALC Education, Inc. as the dissolved company.
As a result of this merger, all rights and obligations of ALC Education, Inc. have been transferred to ALC, Inc. ALC Online Japanese School will continue to be operated by ALC, Inc.
Please note that the company name displayed on receipts, certificates of completion, and other documents will be updated accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
