Hello everyone,
I was born and raised in Japan, but I moved to the United States with the goal of working internationally in English. While studying English there, I majored in Business (Accounting) at university and pursued Linguistics in graduate school, focusing on English and Japanese language teaching methodologies. Having studied and worked in both Japan and the U.S., I can teach not only Japanese but also business etiquette and cultural nuances. During my time in the U.S., I also taught Japanese to college and high school students.
I’m excited to support your Japanese learning by combining my business experience with my expertise in language education. Acquiring a new language takes time, but once you can speak it, your world expands tremendously. Lessons can be conducted entirely in Japanese or with English support as needed, so feel free to learn at your own pace with confidence.
